I’m a writer of fiction, short stories and novels, mostly science fiction, dark fantasy, and horror. Or a blend of those.
I’ve earned a few awards in various contests, most notably First Place in Genre Fiction in the Writer’s Digest 89th Annual Writing Competion. Other successes include Semi-Finalist in the L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future Contest, numerous Honorable Mentions from the same, and First Place from the Write on the Sound Fiction Contest. I’ve managed to get published in a few places, including Every Day Fiction, Flash Fiction Magazine, and in the Reedsy Blog.
I live in the great state of Washington, where I strive to become a better writer and entertain my readers, while always adhering to the simple maxim of never taking anything so seriously that I can’t love it.
